Graphics Card no signal

so i bought a MSI RX 570 GAMING X  used and the seller said to flash the bios. so i flashed the bios and after i did a restart it did not give a signal ever since.... idk what to do i have tried most of the solutions and i cant get it fixed by MSI because of covid-19. What do i do?
