Cod: MW Graphics Issue (Glitch?)

Hi all you pc geeks,

I started noticing this weird graphics issue(glitch?) after updating the game from a 2-month hiatus. The issue is more prominent in the shadow area where its all either pixelated or noisy? I have attached a screenshot of the game, as you can see on the helmet where the rifle casts a shadow, it looks really weird. Any idea why its causing it? Thanks!

 

My PC Spec:

Ryzen 5 2600

PNY GeForce 1060 6GB (connecting to my 2k monitor via HDMI)

16GB G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin SDRAM DDR4

That's resolved in a setting, it talks about noise. 

 

Its a little counter intuitive that turning it up removed the issue
