Performance issues while gaming

After a recent update both windows and Nvidia, I've been experiencing performance issues during gaming I've Nvidia gtx 1050 4gb with 8 gb ram. I was playing fifa 20 and all of sudden i was experiencing frame dropping from 60 to 12 unusually, it happened several times.I checked my task manager it was showing 40-45% memory usage at idle state after booting my system, i am not sure this is usual or not .I've tried other games i am having same performance issue.I am definitely sure that i am not having gpu throttling, as i have undervolted both cpu and gpu.
