Pwr throttling notebook

gl502vs notebook. (Back panel removed for cooling) 

I7 7700hq 80c, 1070 75c.

 

When playing gpu heavy games my 1070 randomly dips to base clock speeds showing perfcap: pwr (only when dipping) This with or without underclock, undervolt, overvolt, overclock, tried everthing.

 

Now my cpu sometimes dips to 800mhz showing limit reasons in throttlestop: pl1 (red) edp other (red).

 

Ive removed and disabled dptf (power throttle) and the issue still occurs.

 

Is my psu done for?
