build New Build, Not POSTing

Currently building a new PC (specs below) and not getting passed POSTing, any idea would could have gone wrong?

 

PC Specs:

Motherboard: Aorus X570 AORUS ELITE

CPU: AMD 3700X

RAM: 2X16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengence RGB Pro 3200MHz

GPU: Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1060 WF2 3GB

SSD: Sandisk 500GB

PSU: Corsair RM750x

Any beeps or error codes?

 

Check to make sure all power cables are connected.

Check the ram sticks are in the proper slots and are seated correctly.

Reseat the CPU

So far no beeps, no signs of error codes that I know of since there's nothing appearing on the screen at all. Power cables have been checked RAM sticked are certainly seated correctly but unaware that there could be incorrect slots for them to be in. Haven't tried reseating the CPU

Yeah there are certain configuration the ram needs to be in. Usually the computer will still boot up even if it is wrong but I would check the motherboard manual to make sure. 

 

Oh something else you might want to try is updating the motherboard bios. I think Aorus calls is Q-Flash plus or something like that.

 

*edit The motherboard manual should have steps for doing all of that. It will explain it better then I can.  I have never updated a Arous motherboard before.
