Just picked up a new matx motherboard, just wondering if I was to buy a case would it come with all the panel connectors for that board?

You'd have to look around for a schematic of the F_PANEL header, but most cases should have individual connectors so having the pins in the right order shouldn't be a problem.

I think Lenovo uses an extra row of non-functional pins on their USB headers, but the header is otherwise the same. I have a USB expander from an old Lenovo desktop that I can check.

The one thing to note is that this board has no USB 3.0-- you'd have to either get a USB3-USB2 header adapter, a dedicated USB3 card, or just be OK with any USB3 ports not working if you get a case that uses USB3.

That board lacks USB 3.0 because it pre-dates USB 3.0

I hope you realize how antique that board is (8 or 9 years) and didn't pay too much for it (<$20 with the I/O shield) if you plan to build a "retro build".  I hope you can find the Sandy Bridge CPU and DDR3 RAM  you need to use that thing.

Anyway..

Pin 1&2 is HDD

Pin 6&8 is PWR LED

Pin 10&12 is PWR SWITCH

I don't believe the ThinkCenter M92 had a reset button.

99% of the time, "LPT" means printer port.  See.. back in the day, printers actually had their own port and didn't use the USB port (probably because USB 2.0 was too slow).
