Pc goes to static

Recently been having problems with a new build of mine where it will randomly black screen go to static then restart i have searched and searched and cant find a fix anyone got any ideas. 

Pc:

Cpu: ryzen 5 3600

Motherboard:msi mpg x570 gaming plus

Graphics card: red dragon 5700xt

Ssd: 960gb kingstone ssd

Power supply: evga 750g+

Ram:4000mhz viper ram

 

I have the latest version of drivers and latest Windows 10.
