When my PC is idle, its a little noisy and when I play BF4 or any demanding game, its A TON quieter. What the hell is wrong?

CPU: i7 8700 GPU: Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080 Mobo: Gigabyte Z370 Gaming 5 Ram: 16GB EVGA SuperSC SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB 
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB PSU: TX650M Case: NZXT S340 Elite OS: Windows 10 Mouse: Logitech G403 Mouse Mat: HyperX Fury S Pro XL 
Keyboard: CM Masterkeys Pro S (reds) Headphones: Sennheiser HD598 Monitor: Asus 24' MG248QR Devices: IPhone 11 Pro Max + 13' Macbook Pro

Yo dawg get your fans under control, ya hear?

 

Anyway, maybe your gpu fans are just louder and you just notice them and not your noctua's.

When I play games they get quieter i said.

The ladder is possible. I use ladders all the time. I believe you meant the latter. :P

Need lot more to tell if there is actual problem here. Like which fans are the problematic ones. I'm with @helping here. When you are playing BF4 you have game sounds covering that noise that fans make. When in idle, you hear only fans. Post pics with fan rpms during gaming and idle and I will believe. Otherwise thats just impossible since you would have overheating issues prety quickly.
