Windows Audio Endpoint Builder 20% cpu usage

Windows Audio endpoint builder is using ludicrous amounts of cpu along with Local service (network restricted) . I have reinstalled the audio driver 5 times ,Updated my motherboard bios (x-470 pro) and reset windows but I always get the same issue. My audio clips like im using a $100 netbook except I have a R5-1500x. Help?

Are you using a generic Windows driver? Try DDU'ing the current driver, then downloading a driver directly from the Motherboard manufacturer.

Main speaker setup is now;

Mini DSP SHD Studio -> 2x Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC's (fed by AES/EBU, one feeds the left sub and main, the other feeds the right side) -> 2x Neumann KH420 + 2x Neumann KH870

(Having a totally seperate DAC for each channel is game changing for sound quality)

Stop Windows Audio Endpoint Builder using excessive CPU . . it’s Adobe-Acrobat doing it!

I think I’ve found what causes Windows Audio Endpoint Builder to use excessive CPU; uninstall Adobe Acrobat and the problem goes away for me.

After taking some Windows Updates I noticed this CPU issue in TaskManager (Ctrl/Alt/Delete) so after trying many other things suggested Via Google, relating to sound card & drivers, which did not help, I uninstalled the latest  Windows updates, however this did not fix the CPU usage issue, I then uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and rebooted, this then fixed my issue :-) As a test I then reinstalled Adobe Acrobat and rebooted but at this stage the issue did not return? However after taking the Windows Updates again the CPU issue returned!  So I again uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and rebooted; now I have no CPU usage issues, at least until I get some more Windows Updates?
