My disk on which windows 10 is installed is showing as read-only in diskmgmt.
When checking the attributes of the disk it says:
"Current Read-only State : Yes

Read-only : No"

My pc wouldn't boot up yesterday and when trying to run dism I saw that I couldn't even write to the disk.

the drive itself is an intel 660p

if necessary I thought I could try to completely reinstall windows but now that I've found out the disk itself is read-only I'm not sure that's even possible.

Might as well give it a try, but usually SSDs lock themselves down in read-only when they fail. If your BIOS has the option for SSD Erase or Secure Erase or similar, you could give that a go and then see if reinstalling Windows works, but if it's still read-only, you'll need to RMA the drive.
