so i just saw that i was using A dp cable and a hdmi cable for my 1 monitor setup wich should i plug out?

It depends on what version it is, as certain versions of display port are better than some versions of HDMI and vice versa. But usually from my understanding display port is better and supports higher resolutions and refresh rates.
