Drivers doesn't improve compute power, but you can have bugs fixed that improve overall performance. Usually this is true for GPU drivers from Intel, AMD or Nvidia.

So I would say download the latest driver available for your GPU and be sure you're not using any generic drivers for your NIC, chipset etc.

You can visit the motherboard manufacturer website for the latest drivers or the company website for OEM PC (Dell, Lenovo, HP etc).

Okay thanks. I try to update them every so often. But there is a studio version for my gpu. It says on the website that it improves and reduces bugs for studio applications. Do you think it would help?

These studio drivers are drivers that has been verified to work with pro apps like photoshop, autocad etc. So it depends what you're doing with your PC. If you game with it, install the gaming driver instead.
