GTA V Fps Drops(Stutter)

So in GTA i got FPS drops like it stutters now and then(15 sec period for example)

Specs:
3900x
RTX 2080 SUPER latest drivers
16gb 3600ghz tuned
and i have the game installed on nvme

does anyone know what happens?i run the game with Directx 11 Max Settings i get 190 FPS at 1440p and i have this fps drops its really annoying!thnx

What is your motherboard? Have you updated BIOS since you've got it?

aorus pro wifi running the latest bios..its the only game thats happening

i dont have the game, but can you use a different graphics api(vulkan, opengl). i would update drivers cuz nvidia dropped some today. if you already did do that, it might be the new update thats causing problems. try different api first tho
