My first thought goes to the Castle 240EX
It's a little above your price range, but in it's price bracket, it's one of the better reviewed AIO units currently on the market. Your budget is a bit tight for something that will perform at or better than your NH-D15

That said, you do have to consider what your chassis will support, as you don't have it listed, I can't comment on this.

I would recommend corsair as they are very reputable in the aio market or NZXT. I have this aio in my system for almost a year now and have had no issues and its only 90 usd. I dont think it would be better than your air cooler though.
