need help with building an hackintosh

i building my new hackintosh i will use it for heavy 3d animation and my budget is $6000

apart from doing 3D animation do you need anything else ?
how much storage, do you want a raid setup for faster OS.

Do you want pro cards like Quadro or FirePro, etc

will you be dual booting with windows or linux or just sticking with Mac OS X ?
do you need keyboard, mouse, monitors, etc
