I currently back up my computer to a hard drive using Windows' built in backup utility, however I would also like to back it up to a second drive. The windows utility supports only one drive. Does anyone have a suggestion for software that I could use to back up my computer to a second hard drive?

The built-in Windows one will be just fine, just set it to run at a different time, and back up to the other drive.

For volume-level backups I agree, Veeam Endpoint (Agent for Windows) does the job well. For file backups it (says that it) is slow, so I used to run Duplicacy. Try each in order to find one that fits your requirements and feature-set. You might also check Acronis, Rclone, Robocopy. https://www.vmwareblog.org/single-cloud-enough-secure-backups-5-cool-cross-cloud-solutions-consider/
