Is A USB C OTG Adapter safe for Power Delivery and QC?

A.Hruskach

A USB C to USB A adapter was included with my Samsung Galaxy S10. Can this adapter handle higher wattage power throughput if it was connected to A USB PD port instead of the phone, assuming the connected device can pull that much power? Or is it just for small USB drives for the phone?

Don't think so, this is the spec

  Non-removable Li-Ion 3400 mAh battery
Charging Fast charging 15W
USB Power Delivery 2.0
Fast Qi/PMA wireless charging 15W
Power bank/Reverse wireless charging 9W

Definitely doesn't mention PD, but also doesn't mention QC either, so guessing it's their own brand of charging?
