Need Help with PS4 File Transfer

Hi, 

 

I just got the COD warzone game downloaded. Took about 100gigs and all is good. I want to copy the game files to another friends ps4 as there are data caps and slow access to his residence. 

 

Could files be transferred to a external drive and then to his ps4 or directly from one ps4 to another via ethernet. 

 

If yes then how can i do this. Im fairly new to consoles so don't know much about them.
