Vibrations on laptop chassis while charging

I got a new lenovo laptop . while charging when I gently brace my finger on its metal body i feel slight vibrations.

1>what are these vibrations?

2>is it normal?

3>Does it make any damage to the laptop?

Hard for any Lenovo experts to answer you if you don't tell them what model it is.

You're sure it isn't just the fan? Mechanical harddrive or SSD?

it has no hdd only ssd and the vibration is only during charging
