I have a new Asus Prime x570-p and a 3950x in a system I was just putting together. I grabbed the graphics card from my previous system (Gigabyte RTX 2080) and installed it. It dont see anything on my monitor. I'm also using the same powersupply a 600 watt.

I'll try to attach the video but it beeps once then after some time it does what sounds like long short short short

 Which I quote below

4. "One long and three short beeps" from speaker

An anomaly is detected in the graphic card. If the graphic card needs an extra power supply, please ensure the power supply can provide enough wattage.

However, I've replugged in the PCIE power cables and also took it out the pcie slot to reslot.

What should I do?
