this GPU is ex mined and it was using a Moded BIOS before and DXDIAG recognize it as AMD ATOMBIOS but i flashed it to its stock BIOS using techpowerup and using its app to flash it, after that i installed the GPU's driver but the fan suddenly stopped right after i installed the driver, and msi afterburner solve its issue by forcing the fan to spin, so i basically dont know the stock settings of this GPU, setting the fan but this is the current settings im using

*ps: i lowered the GPU clock cause someone told me that its better this way since its a ex mined gpu

Are you sure the fan doesn't work without MSI Afterburner? because the card has a feature called Fan Stop, where it will keep the fans off until it reaches a certain temperature for them to kick in, you can see if Fan Stop is on or not by looking at the card itself, there's a Fan Stop logo that lights up when it's on.

Clocks seem fine, just pay attention to your temperatures and adjust the fan curve accordingly.

So i have this issue where i noticed i got an fps drop while playing forza horrizon 4, i thought this issue is can be compromised until at the point where the fps dropped to 9, i turned my pc Off and monitor my gpu using MSI afterburner, but i found nothing so i did a search for whats going on, theres this guy who tells me its a windows update or gpu update problem so i updated the two, and then i noticed this on my AMD Radeon Settings, and it keeps going like that even when im not doing anything, is this normal or did i missed something? thank you in advance

The Radeon software is using the GPU to draw the graph, that's why you're getting those spikes, idiotic design.

Use HWiNFO (check sensors-only) to see your GPU usage properly, as for why the game stutters it could be the fault of the game itself, difficult to know unless you try other games.

Thank for replying, i never heard HWiNFO but ill try to use it, its only happening in forza i assume since i havent play any games other than that but the issue is always ended up the same, like the fps drop will occur after 15 or 30 mintues mark of play

Could be related to temperature issues, keep HWiNFO open and play the game and afterwards you can look at the maximum temperatures

Yes I've read something like fan stop in there but what I mean by the you doesn't work at all without MSI means I can't do anything I have a grey screen everytime I do something that requires a full power of a gpu such as gaming, photoshop, a After effect, butwhen I rise the clock using MSI and turn it's fan on, the game plays, so I though it was the clocking issue or smth

The GPU itself doesn't have an RGB light that comes with it, the seller told me that RX 570 doesn't come with RGB light unlike RX 580. But it does have the slot for the RGB light and the screw hole to install it, I can't seem to find the RGB light on the internet so I guess I get what I got
