Looking to play mainly Skyrim SE with 2k textures (Noblesl skyrim) and light Enb and effects. Also civ 6, FTB Mc, Euro truck 2 and Bannerlord.

looks good. but try and get the 1600AF model of the 1600. its basically the exact same thing for 2600 but for cheaper. its an official amd product. its just a secret SKU that AMD made because they dont want to keep using an old 14nm process. 

 

also try and get faster ram. ryzen loves fast ram. try and get atleast 2933mhz. 

 

if you cannot afford these changes, why not look for used ram? it makes zero difference in new and used and you can get a decent price.

Used ram for me is actually more expensive than new. I think the 2666 should be sufficient I'm only running a 1600. Looking at the 1600AF, but recently it shot up to 107 on amazon!

Wanting to see what people thought. If there were any major issues then I would change some things. But slight difference in ssd and ram isn't a issue.
