Choosing a laptop

Hi i am looking to get a laptop 

 

what I want to do with it:

School

Programming/game developement

simple video editing in premiere pro

photoshop

maybe some light gaming(no high priority here)

 

what i want:

good battery idk preferably 6-7+ hours more is better

13 to 15 inch

weight not too heavy but idk what’s too heavy but just normal weight and not like 4 kilos

good performance I hate it when stuff lags or freezes

if an option higher refresh rate screen I’m really used to it on my pc and getting addicted

(edit) not too loud because I will sometimes need to use it in class when being silent and future proof at least 3 years

 

budget: don’t really know but I think max like 1200 euros or something
