hey so wondering if anyone can help... had a power outage last night.. so conputer was turn off at the time tried to turn it on today and it wont turn on, goes to a screen asking to run setup F1 no matter what i press it will not progress... tried turn on and off, tried a clear cmos.... any idea please

16gb ram

gtx 780

nothing like no screen? or no boot drive?

Try Delete button or F9.

It might be possible that the keyboard is dead.
