Only for the CPU. BUT why would you buy that board? If you are after an ITX AM4 board, I would not go below Asrock B450i Fatal1ty Gaming ITX-AC. Even that one is not that great, compared to MSI's B450 Gaming Plus ITX

where are you located? prices? Any available B450 ITX boards?

Life is really challenging. I don't always suceed: )

It's for an SFF build that will be used for basic desktop use and light gaming/workloads.  There is space for a decent cooler, but I'm not sure it'd be able to dissipate heat from an OC'd CPU.  Any Ryzen chip I put in would likely be ran at stock speeds, so I wasn't sure if an A320 board with OC'd RAM would be better than say a locked Intel CPU with 2666 RAM.
