Both of them are horrible for the money, seeing as you can get an i5/GTX 770 rig for that much.

get a 270 not a 270x, spend the money saved n a non-asrock board. done.
oh and that 440 case is pretty expensive, decide on the case you like, psu you trust, the hard drive space required (2tb doesnt cost more) get 2x4gb of 1600 ram THEN chose between motherboard, cpu and gpu but keep everything else the same.

im deciding between 7850 and 8320 atm aswell btw. im currently in the mind of both will be fine for the next few years so its not worth deciding between, the 7850k will shine once huma becomes more widely used but by then we might be on socket fm3...
