Adblocking youtube host file

I regularly use the steam overlay to watch youtube. However, you cant exactly get extentions for IE to get adblock. So, what could I add to the hosts file in windows to block it on a system level? I only want to block youtube ads because I dont want to block ads permanently for anything else as this will work on a system level

ad block plus works fine for IE.  Or Ublock for IE.
