nVidia Surround, Wrong resolution and Refresh rate

So i just bought my 3rd monitor hoping to play some FSX in 3 screen setup... but when i got to set up nividia surround it gets capped at 60hz

 about my computer in case it helps I have 2 asus VG278 (1080p 144hz) and 1 Dell S2716DG (1440p and 144hz). my specs are i7 9700k, RTX 2060 S and windows 10 pro 64bit latest update, Asus rog z390 E mobo, corsair rm850w psu

So i tried setting Surround up in 1 x 3 and it is capped a 60hz. pictured here (https://imgur.com/a/T3y1fyp) i talked to Nvidia support and they don't know why so they elevated my support but idk if thats gonna fix it. pretty sure my issues it that its different monitors and different resolution but they all can be 1920x1080 (and thats the goal)

some one commented on nvidia fourm saying

@MrInfinit3 you are a hero! Uninstalled latest Nvidia driver in Safe Mode with DDU and then installed 411.63 - didn't work. Downloaded CRU and just copied one of the Acer Monitor's EDID onto the MSI +         reboot and voilà! IT WORKED! IT WORKED! OMG! O M G! Thank you from here until Inifinity! my question is how do i do this.

can i get some help on this? thanks for anything!

Not sure if this is your problem but i believe some monitors only utilize high refresh rates through display port.  Also have you tried running just 2 monitors in different combinations to see if you can get a higher refresh rate?
