Hello guys i have a problem with my new PC setup(AMD Ryzen 7 1700x - 32GB ram 3000mhz - Gtx 1060 3gb). I have a lot of fps drops and some stutters. Before you tell me something for regedit fixes and others i have tested everything i saw on internet and its all the same results. I did oc my cpu and just saw 30fps boost only but the problems were the same. With my previous setup (i7 5820k oc to 4.0ghz - 32gb ram 3000mhz - gtx 1060 3gb) i never had this problem and i was on 350-400 fps stable at 144hz monitor. The only that make it a little better is setting off the affinity on 0 core from task manager but again when they are a lot of enemies near me the fps is going to 150...Thank you for reading.

I would install your games on SSD 2, where your O.S is, or vice versa. Even though your games are already on an SSD, it still won't matter if its not on the same drive as your O.S.

Already done that. I even tried a samsung m2.nvme (970 evo plus) from a friend and do windows install there and csgo there with no luck in problems.

? You know, I'm betting the problem is the game itself, due to it being so reliant on single thread performance. This game along with GTA V are two games I see people frequently have performance issues with because of this reason. The games clearly aren't all that well optimized. I'm sure there are ways you can force it to use more threads, and with the R7 1700X, you have plenty of room to work with. Another thing you can try is overclocking the vram on your GPU. It only has 3gbs, and to me, its not enough, especially if you are playing it on high settings.
