Packets sent but no bytes received?

Hi I am trying to figure out why my pc is using the internet fine through bluetooth hotspot.. although slower than a usb would be.. but anyway.. Why packets sending and not receiving?.. I'm not even sure how I can access the internet via bluetooth spot when it turn ethernet and wifi off... IT works but still no received packets makes no sense..

maybe I can explain in simpler terms.. ipv4 works but ipv6 does not.. Im clueless to what that means.
