question about projectors .

Hello guys i bought a used projector for 70$ usd  , NEC  np-pe401h. and the projector is working perfectly . but there is only 32% lamp life. and planning to replace it . and i really dont know anything in projectors. so could u please help me picking lamp ?? i found some for 60$ and others for 300$ ? i dont know what the pick.

 

and what thing i can replace or check to keep the projector working well ?
