Best GPU to price?

Hello. I’m going to buy a new GPU and I do t know what GPU choose. I’m thinking about RTX 2070 Super or 2080 Super. I have a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and my PSU is CM G650M. Which vendor should I choose? I worried about temps, sound etc. I’m playing at 1080p144 Hz right now and I just want my GPU to be as powerful as it can right out of the box. Or maybe I should wait and get 3070/3080?

The Asus Rog Strix with 3 fans is a good choice.

I have a similar card but it's Gigabyte and it's RX 5700 but this card is no go for me.. I seriously want something that I can set the settings to high/ultra (textures) and play Modern Warfare for example at 100+ fps without drops. I see that you have a RTX 2070. What do you think about it? Thank you for help.

I am very satisfied with it, even though i run it on a 4K monitor.

I mean I have MW at Ultra right now and it depends on which map are you playing. I'm playing mostly Ground War 32v32 and I have like 140+ FPS so it's not that bad but I need more. I mean that my card freezes for a sec and this thing make me mad :D Also Forza is the best :) I don't know I'm thinking about 2070 S or 2080 S..

I got my 2070s for Christmas. If I actually was going to buy a card with my own money I would probably go with a 2080s.
