Going to make the story quick and painless.  Just switched from a 2700x/b450 msi tomahawk to now a 3900x/asus crosshair hero viii x570.

On the 2700x I was able to achieve great performance by setting the bclk to 103 and letting the boost do its thing.  I was able to hit 4.47 on my 2700x .  Now on the new 3900x whenever adjust the bclk my core boost seems disabled and just sits at whatever the new base core frequency like 38xx.  If I set bclk back to 100 then the boost works again.  Is there something I'm doing wrong or can this board not bclk overclock in conjunction with core boost
