Use Windows 10’s start menu

Step 1. Access your Windows settings
Navigate to your Windows start menu and select “Settings” located on the left panel. You can also access with Windows shortcut keys Windows + I.
Step 2. Select “Update & security”
Within this window, you may need to scroll down to find the “Update & security” button.
Step 3. Select “Recovery"
Step 4. Under "Advanced Startup" Click “Restart now”
After your PC boots back up, you will be met with a special menu that gives you the option to “Use a device,” “Continue,” “Turn off your PC,” or “Troubleshoot.”
Step 5. Select “Troubleshoot”
Within this window, select “Advanced options” then select “UEFI Firmware Settings.” This will allow you to enter BIOS on your Windows 10 PC.
Step 6. Confirm your restart

I have an X399 Aorus Gaming 7 motherboard and according to the manual I have to spam DEL to get into the BIOS (while the pc is turning on ofc.), but I am spamming DEL and the bios doesn't open. I've tried DEL, F12 and F2 but none of them worked. I even checked if fast boot is on and I even turned it off in the regestry, but still none of those work.

Help pls : (

thanks, doxi.

1) pull the boot drives? if you don't have any m.2 installed this shouldn't be hard, just pull the sata connector

2) it's possible that you turned off usb on boot so maybe try using a ps/2 keyboard if you have one
3) there's a clear cmos jumper, if you want to force a boot to bios and don't mind losing your settings that should push you into the UEFI bios. Pretty simple just short it with the power shut off and it should wipe your settings

4) there's a utility called BIOS Setup on the support page of this motherboard, just says you have to install app centre first, if I remember right it just force boots the system to bios

Baaahhhhhh I couldn't remember the Left Shift shortcut.  Well done and thanks for re-teaching me.
