Is amd radeon 540 is the mobile vertion of rx 540 or is it as powerful as mx 230 / vega 8

There's no desktop version of RX540, the lowest in is RX550.

In mobile there's 530 which perform about the same as vega 8 and mx 1xx/2xx.
