? Gigabyte, the manufacturer for my motherboard posted some updates for three different chip set brands under the section called "memory", linked below. I have no idea what these are about. Are these actual driver updates? If they are, should I download them for the sake of performance?

If you have any of the support CPUs listed under those drivers, then probably. Otherwise, don't worry about it

? Well Matisse is basically the Ryzen 3000 series right? I have an R7 3700X.
