MX Master 3 question

Hey guys,

just want to ask owners of this mouse,

since I use quite old laptops and need a mouse who can work via bluetooth at same time on 2 laptops,do I need some special version of bluetooth on both laptops or that doesn't matter?

Laptops are 6-7 years old,but all of them are running W10,although I'm not sure what Bluetooth version is..

So will MX Master 3 work with older versions of BT in wireless mode?

 

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Seems like it requires Bluetooth 4.0 to function which was released back in 2010, check your Bluetooth version to make sure it's compatible.

Well all my laptops are "younger" then 2010,so it should work?

Anyway I'll check BT version on them in case...
I can transfer files,documents too,with this mouse?

If they're older than 2010 then probably not, but you can get Bluetooth dongles for very cheap so it shouldn't be an issue.

Do I need to remove USB dongle when I switch off the laptop in case to save battery?

you dont need to remove the dongle, though i will still remove it, i had broken a receiver before due to a bump

Seems to me Flow option is integrated into Logitech Options software,right?

I accidentaly dropped this mouse few times onto floor,and it hit hard.

I'm not quite sure,but I think before dropping the mouse wheel was not so smooth like now.

So users of this mouse is your mouse wheel smooth?
