GSync Windowed+Fullscreen and Twitch Multi Monitor

Hey everyone, I'm having this problem whereby in games when I pull up a twitch stream on my 2nd (60Hz non-gsync monitor) my game seems to have gsync disabled. I checked the FPS and this was not affected so I thought it had to be gsync causing the issue. This only happens with twitch, with any other media like youtube on the 2nd monitor this doesn't seem to be affected!? I also have enabled gsync on windowed and fullscreen modes. Any ideas??
