Pre-build vs Custom Build

I'm interested in getting a new computer but I'm not sure if I should build a new one from scratch or but a pre-build one and customize it later.

What I'm looking for is a good computer that can run games at ultra@60fps. I play games like rainbow six, black desert, battlefield, etc...

My budget is a little over $800.
