Hi All

I have posted an extremely detailed list of all the steps I am taking to try and fix a shitty BIOS from Dell that renders my laptop unplayable with games, here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/official-alienware-area-51m-owners-lounge.826831/page-1919

I cannot roll/recover my BIOS back under any circumstances it seems (at least not more than once, this older BIOS has the same issue). One of the things I noticed is that "uefi firmware capsule updates" in the BIOS gets enabled every time I try to recover the BIOS.

I'm wondering if I am doing everything correctly but that when the system restarts multiple times during the rollback (which it does even if the end result is the same BIOS version), it is enabling this option and on the next restart for the recovery, it recovers the newer BIOS.

I believe I have exhausted all options right now, can anyone suggest something that could help?

Many thanks
