SSD on a budget

Anybody know an SSD that can still perform well while not being too expensive?

They're all about the same if you go SATA.

"Not too expensive" isn't a metric we can go by. You need to give a price.

I don't see $150 as too expensive for an SSD.

Of course. I wouldn't bother with anything smaller.

I seem to have a 860 & 970 500GB each.. but this was end of 2018; prices were high back then

You should easily be able to get a 1TB 2.5" SSD for around $100 or a 1TB M.2 for around $120

Crucial or WD should have something for you
