Headphone doesnt sound right

I recently format my pc and I have Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 but the sound just off. Last time before I format my pc, I set volume 20-30 for gaming, youtube and music, just perfect for all 3 at a time. But now after the format youtube audio is too low for 20 so I set to 30-40 but when I do, the game sound is too loud. Same when I try to discord with someone while playing, I cant hear their mic so I turn up my volume to 40 but then the game sound is too loud. Anyone knows how I can fix this?

Right click on the sound icon in the bottom right of your screen click on Volume mixer and play around with it until you get something acceptable

I'm thinking turn the game volume down.
