I previously had Windows 10 running on my M.2 no issues. I goofed my BIOS and reset it. After which, all attempts to boot spit out error 0xc000000e

Looked up the error and the common solutions of "bootrec /fixbcd" and subsequent instructions did not help as it reported no such file was found.

Windows auto repair did not help either.

I would simply format and reinstall but the Windows Setup reportedly does not see the M.2 drive to even try to format it.

Any suggestions? I can beat some other suggested lines against the command console or I can load necessary bootable drive managers to usb as needed.
