hi i plugged in a second monitor and my computer wont even start i mean it will sometimes but only to the blue screen and with different errors like this one 0xc0000428 and turns off after a couple seconds 

and the vga light on the motherboard lights red and sometimes theres not even signal being send to my monitor can somebody help me please 

also my rgb on the graphic card doesn't shine on start up i dont know if it means something and i cant remember if it did before

but fans on the card spin i think its the card but what could have happend i havent even touched the card

 

sorry if something doesn't make sense in what i just wrote i just bought that pc for my own money and im just stressed that i broke something

 

 

specs

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x

GPU: GIGABYTE Geforce RTX 2060 SUPER

Motherboard: Aorus B450 PRO

RAM: HyperX Predator RGB 3200MHz x2 8GB

M.2: XPG Spectrix S40G RGB 1TB

i entered bios and after couple second its just freezes and nothing happens

If all you did was plug in a second monitor I can't really think of anything that would cause your whole computer to stop working all of a sudden. So did you do anything that wasn't explained in the original post?

 

Are you able to try different video ports on your card? (Still only test 1 monitor at this time)

i tried that nothing changed. Theres one thing when i was putting cables together i made a little hole in my power supply cable with a knife but i had another one so i changed it and still the same issue 

i cant think of anything else the computer was working before i went to school

and my computer works but it wont start up properly and theres a red light on my motherboard "vga" the red light just stops there

Sadly it's sounding like your GPU might have died. It should still be under warranty however. If you have already tried "everything" then the last thing to do is to contact the manufacturer.

 

You could always try and test that graphics card in another machine if you know anyone else with a computer to test that.

yeah i will try that its still under warranty i hope i can get a new one or they will fix it
