Shared Folder Permssions

I have shared a folder on a few Windows machine so that others can grab folders. However one of them is coming up with a message saying "\\ComputerName is not accessible. You might not have permissions to use this network resourse."  whing i try and use the UNC path . 

I have made sure that the machine is shared to everyone but not having any luck. The machines are on a Windows Domain.

 

Troubleshoots I have done are:

 

  • rebooted
  • Went to Change advanced sharing settings and made sure that; both Network Discovery and File and Printer Sharing  is turned on.  
  • Taken it off and back on to the domain. Also tried as a workgroup
  •  I have tried both UNC and IP address
