My First PC Build

Hey everyone, I am going to build a pc on my own for the first time, I just wanted to make sure that everything was compatible with everything else:

Processor: Ryzen 5 1600 6 cores 3.6ghz

Mobo: Gigabyte B450

GPU: INNO3D GEFORCE GTX 1060 6GB OC

Memory: HyperX Fury 8gb DDR4 *2

SSD: M.2 240gb SATA

PSU: Corsair 450W

Please can someone check if everything is OK with everything else

Need to know your budget for this and are you just going to use this for gaming?

msi have the best b450 boards, i recommend going with one of them.

see if you can get a 1650 super instead

make sure it's at least 3000mhz

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

  • 1060 is too old
  • 1600 is only good if you're getting the AF
  • 240GB will run out awfully fast

Should be fine but I recommend you upgrad to the ryzen 2600.
