Hi guys,

I have a problem with my Laptop. After a random time period I loose connection to the internet and the taskmanger freezes. I am still able to moove the mouse and the other programms still respond, but I can't really work like that. The laptop doesn't recover from that state. I also can't shut the computer down unless I use an emergency shut down. My laptop is over 2 years old which is why I have no warranty left. I already had the problem once before. Back then I tried a reinstall of Windows, but the reinstall ended up failing. I had no chance getting Windows back on the laptop. Linux worked perfectly fine on it, but I need programms which only run under Windows. Luckyly it still was within the warranty and the manufacture replaced my ssd and reinstalled Windows. After that it worked for around a year again. I can't acces my ssd since it is pretty hard to get to the hardware of my Laptop. I have a HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba1xx.

I would be very thankful for any ideas, I tried to look up the problem in the internet but I wasn't able to find anything.

Thanks in advance and sry for my English (I am not a native speaker)
