Intermittent flickering for monitors

Hi all,

 

I have purchased and using the following:

Primary Display: PRISM+ X240 [24" 144Hz eSports Gaming Monitor], Secondary Displays: 3 x PRISM+ W240 [24" 75Hz Monitor]

 

However, I noticed that 2 of my monitors have intermittent flickering (the 75Mhz).  I will also hear a notification from windows as if someone just connected to the graphic card.

 

The 3 monitors are connected to a 5 way power extension bar.  In turn the power extension bar is connected to another extension bar before it is connected to the wall socket.

 

Any idea what could be the problem?

 

Power extension cord?
