New 1660 installed, not detecting gpu

I upgraded from an rx570 to a Asus rog 1660 super. The first one I installed after removing the and driver's, and my motherboard would throw an error saying it's not detecting a graphics card. I had the card replaced, but it's doing the same thing. Rx570 still works if install it. The 1660 has power and the fans are spinning, LEDs are working. Motherboard is the msi b450m pro m2
