What are you using the pc for?what's your total budget and location?

I am using my pc for mostly gaming but a little bit of content creating

I don’t have a strict budget it I don’t want it much more expensive than what it is at right now witch is about 3500

2nd gen threadripers aren't good for gaming. I'd go for a 3700x instead

Also 64gb of ram is extremely overkill
